What age groups does Skylark Junior School cater to?
We accept students from 3 to 15 years old, covering Nursery (Early Childhood Education) to Primary 7. Our curriculum is designed to support the academic and social development of children within these age groups.
What is the admission process at Skylark Junior School?
Parents can fill out an application form available at the school or on our website. After submitting the form, your child may be required to attend an assessment or interview. We will then notify you of the admission decision.
What curriculum does Skylark Junior School follow?
We follow the Ugandan National Curriculum, which includes core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Kiswahili. In addition, we provide extracurricular activities to enhance students’ talents and interests.
What are the school hours at Skylark Junior School?
Our school operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. For Nursery classes, the school day ends at 1:00 PM. We also offer supervised after-school programs until 5:00 PM for parents who may need extra time for pickup.
Does Skylark Junior School offer meals for pupils?
Yes, we provide nutritious meals during the school day, including breakfast, mid-morning snacks, and lunch. We also cater to specific dietary needs if notified in advance.

You can reach your child’s teachers via our parent-teacher portal, where you can schedule meetings, check academic progress, and receive updates. We also have termly parent-teacher meetings to discuss your child’s progress.
